The opening and closing movement of La Qi is used in all three exercises. You can practice La Qi while lying down, sitting on a chair or in lotus, standing up and even while walking. Just use your mind to open and close. By opening and closing we tune into the natural flow of qi to enable a qi-exchange with nature.
